Warranty
To obtain warranty service, please follow these instructions:
- Contact customer service with details of the defect claimed, product model, order number and date of the original purchase.
- If it is determined that your product needs service, you will be provided with return instructions and address. Your shipping costs will also be reimbursed.
- Pack the product securely, declare it under $50 on the package, and ship it back to us in China. We will facilitate the warranty and send it back to you free of charge.

2. Total Delivery Times include processing Time and shipping time, tracking number will be provided . Shipping fees depends on the weight of your items. We charge very low shipping fees for our customers to save your money.

We ship all phones by Express: DHL, TNT, Fedex, or EMS with tracking number, the shipping option is depending on your location, please select Express SHIPPING as your option when you place order.

We ship all accessories by Hong Kong post Registered Post Air Mail (with tracking number, 10-30 days) or Express service (DHL, TNT, EMS, 5-7 days) to most countries in the world.

(2). For United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and most other Europe Countries, it may take 12 to 20 business days.

Return & Refund
We will provide you with a full replacement or refund of the product's purchase price if the product has defective workmanship or materials upon arrival (DOA), and also reimburse your return shipping costs.
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you wish to return your product for any other reason, we will provide you with a full refund minus shipping costs. Please note that shipping costs, even when marketed as "free," are non-refundable. You are responsible for returning the product to us.
