You mentioned the Chinese version. Which model is available with you? ELS-AN00 or ELS-TN00 or both?
If you flash Global ROM then it is rooted and bootloader unlocked?

Re: This is the Chinese version. The bootloader is locked, but the software support multi-language, there is no difference between the global version and the Chinese version.
