ZTE on Thursday launched the ZTE Blade A3 Prime smartphone. It is an entry-level device that possesses a compact body and lower-end specs. Verizon is offering the smartphone in its MVNO networks at a price tag of $99.
The ZTE Blade A3 Prime smartphone sports a 5.45-inch display with an HD+ resolution. It 18:9 aspect ratio screen with thick bezel on top and bottom. Being a budget device, the smartphone is built completely of plastic material.
It has an 8-megapixel single-rear camera with a dual-LED flash. At the front, the smartphone features a single selfie camera beside the earpiece. At the rear, we also get to see the fingerprint scanner and speaker at the bottom.
Under the hood, it is powered by MediaTek Helio A22 chipset bundled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage. It has a smaller 2,600mAh battery that is decent considering the smaller HD+ panel.
Other than this, the device rocks a 3.5mm headphone jack and USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer. It runs on the latest Android 10 out of the box with ZTE’s tweaking on top of it.
