Xperia 1 II goes on sale in China, costs 7999 yuan ($1,198)

    On October 15th, Sony released the National Bank version of Xperia 1 II and 5 II. Xperia 1 II officially went on sale today, with a price of 7999 yuan for 12GB+256GB.

    The device uses a large aperture triple-camera setup, plus a 3D iToF sensor shooting system integrated with Sony’s micro-single technology supporting high-speed continuous shooting up to 20 frames per second. There’s real-time eye focus based on the human eyes as well.

    It features a 21:9 screen widescreen design, 6.5-inch 4K HDR OLED display, master mode supported by CineAlta, Sony’s award-winning BRAVIA TV technology, and X1 for mobile image processing engine technology to provide more realistic colors.

    It’s also the world’s first smartphone that supports 4K HDR 120Hz slow motion shooting. When recording at 24fps, it can support up to 5 times slow motion playback at the fastest.

    Xperia 1 II supports 5G dual-mode mobile Unicom Telecom’s full Netcom, equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 5G mobile platform and Snapdragon X55 5G Modem system, CPU and GPU speed performance than the previous generation model Xperia 1 increased by 25%.
