Xiaomi Mijia Sonic Electric Toothbrush T500C Launched for 269 yuan ($38)

    Xiaomi‘s new Mijia Sonic Electric Toothbrush T500C is now on sale, equipped with a high-frequency vibration motor, IPX7 water resistance, an overvoltage sensor reminder and wireless induction charging, and can be customized through Mijia App to personalize how it works.

    The Mijia toothbrush is equipped with a high-precision acceleration sensor, which can monitor the user’s brushing posture, angle and range. It can even generate oral health reports, there’s a brushing score, how many times you’ve over-pressured teeth, the length of your brushing, and even the coverage of your teeth.

    The toothbrush features an intelligent over-pressure reminder for whenever the person using it is brushing too hard. In addition, the Mijia Sonic Electric Toothbrush T500C is also equipped with a second-generation magnetic suspension sonic motor that supports 31,000 vibrations per minute.

    The Mijia toothbrush features three different modes. There’s a normal mode that works for most people, a soft mode more suitable for sensitive gums, and a customizable extra mode accessible from the Mijia app. The toothbrush is priced at 269 yuan, which is roughly $38.
