Earlier, a budget Vivo device with model number V2054A made rounds in the rumor mill flaunting some of its specs. Now, the device has been spotted on the documents of China Telecom confirming its moniker to be ‘Vivo Y31s’.
While there’s no information regarding its launch, the phone’s specs have been already known. The handset features a 6.58-inch IPS LCD display with an FHD+ resolution. It will be a water-drop notch panel and an 8-megapixel selfie camera at the top middle.
Moving to the rear, it equips a 13MP + 2MP dual-camera setup. It also has an LED flash unit placed in the vertical camera module. One of the major highlights of the device will be its 5G connectivity. For those who are unaware, It is expected to fuel a Snapdragon 4XX-series SoC and with the 5G connectivity on-board, it could be one of the first budget 5G handsets in the Snapdragon 4XX series.
The smartphone is said to launch in China in two RAM and storage configurations. It was spotted with a 4GB RAM/128GB storage variant and a 6GB RAM/128GB storage variant. The pricing could be CNY 1798 and CNY 1598 respectively. The listing has the device listed in three colors, Ruby Red, Titanium Gray, and Monet.
Other specs of the phone are quite good, it has a 4,910mAh battery which could last for a day. It is also expected to have some sort of fast charging support and run on Android 11 out of the box.
