Vivo seems to be launching a new smartphone soon in the Chinese market as a device with model number ‘Vivo V2068A’ has emerged on TENAA listing with its specs and images. The all-new smartphone looks similar to some previously launched Vivo and iQOO devices and was also spotted on 3C certification.
The TENAA certification reveals that it has a 6.52-inch water-drop notch display at the front and a square-camera module at the rear. It holds a dual-rear camera system and an LED flashlight. It packs a 4,910mAh rated capacity battery which will typically be a 5,000mAh cell. Adding to it, the previous certification confirmed it to have an 18W fast charging support.
The device has the following dimensions – 164.15 x 75.35 x 8.5mm. Aside from this, there is nothing else to discuss but as said earlier, the phone looks identical to some other Vivo phones such as the Vivo Y52s, Y31s, and the sub-brand iQOO’s U3 5G smartphone. With that said, we might think that it could be a rebranded phone for another segment in the market but all of the aforementioned devices have different chipsets.
The Y52s and iQOO U3 have Dimensity 720 and Dimensity 800U respectively whereas the Y31s rocks the budget Snapdragon 480 SoC. Therefore, we can’t jump to an assumption as of now. Let’s wait for some more leaks to pop soon or else the company is expected to announce the launch date in the coming weeks. Once, we get more information we will update you on the same.
