A Vivo smartphone with model number V2066 has just arrived on the Geekbench portal revealing key specs. The smartphone is said to be marketed with the moniker Vivo V21 5G and it is expected to debut in the Indian market soon.
The Vivo V2066 a.k.a the Vivo V21 has scored 588 single-core points and 1687 multi-core points on the Geekbench 5. The scores are possible due to the Dimesity 800U chipset under the hood. It is an octa-core SoC clocked at a base frequency of 2.00Ghz. The handset has 8GB of RAM and runs on Android 11 out of the box.
To recall, the same smartphone was previously spotted in the documents of the Eurasian Economic Commission. The presence of the device is confirmed but the moniker is yet to be affirmed.
If as rumored, the V2066 is the Vivo V21, then the company has already scheduled the handset to launch in Malaysia on April 27. It is also expected to land in the Indian market soon.
Vivo V21 Smartphone Specifications
The Vivo V21 5G is expected to feature a 6.44-inch E3 AMOLED display. It will be an FHD+ panel with a 90Hz refresh rate and a higher touch sampling rate. The smartphone’s major highlight is touted to be the 44MP front-facing camera. The selfie camera will support Optical Image Stabilization and a night mode for brighter low-light images. It will have a 64MP triple rear camera system with one of the lenses being an ultra-wide lens.
The smartphone will come powered by the Dimensity 800U chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. The device packs a 4,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging technology.
