After launching the Tecno Camon 16 series in the global markets, the company has now tossed it in the Indian region. Well, the series consists of the Camon 16, Camon 16 Pro, and Camon 16 Premier but only the regular Tecno Camon 16 has made its way to India.
The Tecno Camon 16 is priced at ₹10,999(~$149) for the sole 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. It will be available in Cloud White and Purist Blue colors on Flipkart e-commerce site in its Big Billion Day sale held on October 16.

The budget smartphone leaves no clue of its price range as it features a premium-looking design. It has a large 6.8-inch punch-hole display and a uniquely placed quad-camera module. There is a 64MP OmniVision OV64B RGB sensor + 2MP depth lens + 2MP macro sensor + AI unit. At the front, it has a 16MP Samsung S5K3P9 RGB camera.
Under the hood, it packs the MediaTek Helio G70 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable internal storage. There is a triple slot for dual-SIMs and memory expansion of up to 256GB.
It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging support. Note that there is a micro-USB port and it also features the 3.5mm headphone jack. It has a square-shaped rear-facing fingerprint scanner and runs on Android 10 out of the box.
