Earlier today, Samsung focused tech website SamMobile released a real shot of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2, giving us a more detailed look at the Korean giant’s upcoming foldable smartphone.
We get a closer look at the device’s display, revealing the name of the device and how the fold will look. The more interesting reveal however is that the inside of the device will sport a hole-punch camera for selfies.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 will use a 120Hz 7.59-inch foldable dynamic AMOLED screen and a 6.23-inch super AMOLED screen, and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 Plus chipset.
We’re unsure of the amount of RAM that the device will get, though we’re expecting it to reach up to 12GB of RAM. The device will also apparently come in 256GB and 512GB internal storage options.
Over on the rear of the device, we’re going to a see a triple camera setup comprised of a 64MP+12MP+12MP. It will run on a 4,365mAh battery with 25W fast charging and 15WQi wireless fast charging.
Galaxy Z Fold 2 will be first sold in limited quantities in the Korean market, at a similar price as its predecessor before. We’ll have to wait for Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked 2020 in the second half of this year to find out more.
