Back in April this year, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite in the global market at a starting price tag of $349. Samsung is now said to bring the tablet in the Indian market. The company on its social media handle shared some details on the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite with June scheduled launch.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite is now confirmed to hit the Indian market on July 8 and it has also shared a registration link that will notify users about the unveiling.

Samsung does not reveal any pricing details but we expect it to arrive at a similar price tag as the global variant. We can expect it to be under ₹30,000 Indian Rupees for the base variant with Wi-Fi only. It is also expected to come in its three color variants – Angora Blue, Oxford Gray, and Chiffon Pink.

The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite has two variants – LTE and Wi-Fi-only variant. It has a bigger chassis with a 10.4-inch display. It is an FHD+ panel with a sleek design. It has an 8-megapixel rear camera without LED flash and 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls.
Under the hood, it is powered by Samsung’s Exynos 9611 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage. The storage is expandable via a microSD card slot.
It is backed up by a 7040mAh battery with 15W fast charging support. It runs on Android 10 out of the box with Samsung’s custom UI on top of it. It has a USB Type-C port at the bottom and besides it, there is the single speaker setup. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack for audio listening sessions.
Just like other Samsung Tabs, the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite also gets an S Pen support useful for jotting down notes and for quick actions. We also expect it to arrive with the Bluetooth keyboard accessory sold separately.
