Samsung Galaxy S20 FE To Cost ₹49,999($682) In India

Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S20 FE last month offering flagship-grade specs at a cheaper $699(~$1,133) pricing. Now, the phone is expected to land in India soon, but ahead of any date, the pricing of the S20 FE has been leaked.

According to an exclusive report from 91Mobiles, the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE will retail for ₹49,999(~$682) in the Indian market. Note that there are two variants of the phone – 6GB RAM + 128GB storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB storage. It is not confirmed which variant carries this pricing.

The leaked pricing seems quite competitive as the segment’s current champ is the OnePlus 8/iPhone XR in India and with the launch of OnePlus 8T on the verge, it will be a great competition. Now it happens to be seen on when will it officially land.

The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE comes with an Exynos 990 chipset for the world and Snapdragon 865 for the US. We expect that Samsung will bring the 4G Exynos variant in India as 5G isn’t ready in the region. It comes with a 6.5-inch Infinity-O OLED display with a 120hz refresh rate and FHD+ resolution.

It equips a 12MP+12MP+12MP triple rear camera setup and a single 32MP selfie camera. The rear cameras can zoon up to 30x digitally and 3x optically. It packs a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support and 15W wireless fast charging support. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner as added security and runs on Android 10 based OneUI.
