A few months back, Samsung unveiled its much-awaited Galaxy S20 FE 4G and 5G models globally. The device was launched in India this month powering the in-house Exynos 990 chipset offering 4G connectivity. Now, the Fan Edition has landed in China, and the Chinese variant boards the Snapdragon 865 SoC.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G starts at CNY 4,999(~$746) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and CNY 5,399(~$806) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. It comes in all the five flashy colors – Kora White, Whimsical Blue, Photosynthetic Green, Inspirational Red, and Fantasy Purple.
As far as internals are concerned, everything is the same as the global variant but like the US, it comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC. Accompanying it is the 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support.
There is a 6.5-inch punch-hole display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Full-HD+resolution. At the front, it has a 32MP selfie camera and features triple rear cameras. It is led by a 12MP primary sensor, a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and an 8MP telephoto tertiary lens. It has an in-display fingerprint scanner and supports the Face unlock feature. The phone boots on Android 10 and has Samsung’s One UI on top of it.
