Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition is happening and the leaks are all over the internet. The smartphone is expected to come with powerful internals at affordable pricing. Now, after a plethora of leaks, the Exynos model has appeared on the Geekbench certification confirming significant details.
The Geekbench listing shows a device with model number SM-G780F which is nothing but the Galaxy S20 Fan Edition. The smartphone runs on Android 10 and has 8GB of RAM. It is powered by the Exynos 990 chipset which is an octa-core SoC clocked at a base frequency of 2.00 GHz. To recall, earlier certifications confirmed Snapdragon 865 model but with this listing, it is confirmed that there will be different models for different regions.
It scored 588 single-core points and 2448 multi-core points on the Geekbench 5.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Fan Edition is said to come with a high refresh rate display. It is will be a punch-hole panel with a bit thicker bezels as compared to the original S20 lineup. It is expected to sport triple rear cameras consisting of a 12MP + 12MP + 8MP setup. At the front, the smartphone is said to feature a 32MP selfie camera.
The smartphone is expected to pack a big battery with some sort of fast charging support. It was tipped to arrive at a $750 price tag in its home-town South Korean.
