Samsung have been slowly diversifying their smartphone lineup, and they’ve expanded on their mid-range offerings today with the launch of the Samsung Galaxy M31s. So, let’s take a closer look at what’s on display here.
The device uses a 6.5-inch Infinity-O sAMOLED panel, and there’s a meaty 6,000 mAh battery with 25w fast charging support. On top of that, it also supports reverse charging, and there’s a side-facing fingerprint sensor.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s has four rear cameras, including a 64-megapixel Sony IMX682 main camera and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, s well two 5-megapixel modules, one for macro shooting and the other for depth data. The selfie camera is 32MP unit.
The device comes running Samsung’s very own Exynos 9611 chipset, paired with either 6GB/8GB memory and 128GB of expandable storage space. As for software, the device comes pre-installed with Android 10, with Samsung’s OneUI 2.1 on top.
The Samsung Galaxy M31s will go on sale in India on August 6. The retail price of the 6/128GB model is 20499 Indian rupees ($274), while the 8/128GB model is priced at 22499 Indian rupees ($301).
