Samsung has scheduled a launch event for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series of smartphones. While the hype was established for the Note series of devices, tipsters suggested that the Galaxy Fold successor Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 will also debut at the same event. But now it looks like, Samsung has some different plans.
The Samsung Galaxy Fold 2 is the second thing for which Samsung fans were waiting after the Note 20 series. Now, the tipster Max Weinbach suggests that the device won’t launch any time soon. This hints that the August 5 Unpacked event will only bring us the Galaxy Note devices and not the Fold 2.

He reveals that Samsung’s Galaxy Fold 2 is not ready for such early release as the software for the device is still in testing. He suggests that Samsung could tease the device in September this year and its arrival will be later.
This is hypothetical as it is great that Samsung wants to take more time to polish the software before it arrives in public, but on the other hand, the excitement fans had has been shattered.
With that said, we just have to wait for Samsung to break the silence, but it seems like Samsung won’t even acknowledge the device at the Unpacked event as said by the tipster.
