Samsung on Thursday launched the all-new Galaxy F52 5G smartphone at an event in China. The smartphone comes with an interesting specs sheet that offers competitive features as compared to the competition. Some of the major highlights of the phone are the Snapdragon 750 SoC, 25W fast charging support, and a 64MP quadruple camera system.
The Samsung Galaxy F52 5G comes at a price tag of CNY 1,999(roughly $310). It has two color options to choose from, the Magic White, and Dusky Black. The phone is already available for pre-orders in the region.
Samsung Galaxy F52 5G Specifications
The smartphone offers affordable 5G phone to the masses in the Chinese market. With the its impressive specs sheet the phone shines in most of the aspects, but it is not the case with the display.
The Galaxy F52 5G sports a 6.6-inch ‘TFT’ LCD display with a Full-HD+ resolution. It is a punch-hole pane with thin bezels and a high screen-to-body ratio. The screen supports a 120Hz high refresh rate and has a bright panel. It has a single 16MP selfie camera at the top left and boasts a quad-camera setup at the rear.
Its rear setup is led by a 64MP primary lens, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, a 2MP depth-sensing lens, and lastly a 2MP macro sensor. Its vertical camera island also holds a single-tone LED flash.
What’s powering the handset is Qualcomm Snapdragon 750 chipset. It is coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. This the sole variant that the company launched in the region but we can expect more variants to launch in the coming weeks.
The storage is expandable, thanks to the microSD card slot that can hold a card up to 1TB of memory. It has a 4,500mAh battery with support for 25W fast charging technology. It has a side-facing fingerprint scanner for added security.
