A couple of new Samsung Galaxy M and A lineup smartphones are debuting in a few weeks and all of them are 4G handsets. Now, a new smartphone dubbed Samsung Galaxy A42 5G has appeared on 3C certification revealing its 5G support.
The model that appears on 3C listing appears to be a budget handset and most notably it has 5G connectivity. The listing confirms it have house a 4,860mAh battery. The listing doesn’t point out any sort of fast charging support but it will probably come with it as all new budget devices from Samsung are featuring some sort of fast charging technology.
Other than this, the smartphone was recently said to come with a 128GB of onboard storage. It could be the base variant as the predecessor A41 comes with 64GB of base ROM option. The RAM is yet to be known but we can expect a base 6GB of base RAM variant.
The Samsung Galaxy A42 5G is expected to feature more than three rear cameras and a single front-facing selfie camera. It will run on Android 10 out of the box with Samsung’s OneUI 2.0 on top of it.
Currently, there are scarce details about the upcoming Samsung 5G device but we expect to hear more in the coming weeks. Once, more details are outed, we’ll update on the same.
