Xiaomi has already launched a few RedmiBook devices in different segments. Now, the company has unveiled its premium RedmiBook Air 13 Notebook in China that comes with all-metal built and Intel’s 10th generation processor.
The RedmiBook Air 13 comes in two variants, 8GB RAM + 512GB SSD config priced at CNY 4,899(~$705) and 16GB RAM + 512GB SSD config priced at CNY 5,199(~$748). It will go up for sale starting August 17 in China and it has already gone on pre-orders from today.

RedmiBook Air 13 Specifications and Highlights
Just like the other RedmiBook Notebooks, the RedmiBook Air 13 also borrows some design elements from Apple’s MacBook-series devices. It features the premium metal-built that is claimed to be ultra-thin measuring at 12.99mm and weighs at about 1.05kg. It sports a 13.3-inch display with a resolution of 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution. It has thin rims on the top and sides and has the standard thick bottom chin. It has the standard 16:10 aspect ratio and the display boasts a 300nits of brightness.
Inside, the laptop powers the Intel Core i5-10210Y processor which can be Turbo Boosted up to 4.5Ghz. There is a 41Wh battery that is claimed to provide 8 hours of usage on a single charge. The battery is backed by 65W fast charging support via the USB Type-C cable. It has up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD.
The laptop Notebook has Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1 in terms of connectivity. It also has copper heat dissipation pipes. There is a full-sized keyboard without a dedicated number pad. There is a large trackpad without any left or right buttons. It boots Windows 10 OS and has some pre-installed applications.
