Xiaomi’s Redmi launched the RedmiBook 16 laptops earlier this year that came with AMD Ryzen processors and great RAM and storage configuration. Today, Redmi has launched the all-new Intel-powered RedmiBook 16 laptop that comes with up to Core i7 10th processors.
The RedmiBook 16 comes in two models, the base model with Intel i5 processor is priced at CNY 4,999(~$713) and the Intel i7 model is priced at CNY 5,699(~$812). It has arrived in only a single Gray color variant. The laptop will go up for sale starting July 15 in China.

RedmiBook 16 (Intel) Specifications and Details
The laptop features the same design as the Ryzen powered laptops sporting a 16.1-inch display. It has a compact footprint with thin bezels and more screen. The company claims a 90 percent screen-to-body ratio. It has a keypad without a dedicated number pad, users have to use the multi-function Num keys.
Under the roof, buyers can choose either Intel i5-1035G1 processor or Intel i7-1065G7 processor. It will be accompanied by 2GB of NVDIA’s MX350 GPU. There is up to 16GB of DDR4 RAM and 512GB SSD.
It has 46Wh battery that is said to provide up to 12 hours of video playback and up to 8.5 hours on casual browsing. There are 2W inbuilt speakers with DTS audio support and are said to provide enhanced audio. It also has heat pipes and a cooling fan in case of heavy usage.
As of now, the laptop is unveiled in China and Xiaomi has not confirmed any global launch details.
