Xiaomi on Monday launched the all-new Redmi Note 9 smartphone in the Indian market. The Note 9 will sit below the Redmi Note 9 Pro and Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. It is actually a rebranded Redmi 10X 4G smartphone which was launched earlier in China.
Redmi Note 9 Specifications, Pricing, and Availability
The Redmi Note 9 sports a 6.53-inch IPS LCD display with a resolution of Full-HD+. It has a punch-hole display or also called as Dot display that comes with a Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection and modern 19.5:9 aspect ratio.
It has a 48MP quad-camera array which is accompanied by another 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, third 2MP macro camera, and last 2MP depth-sensing lens. It has a 13MP front-facing camera for selfies.
Under the hood, it boards the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC coupled with up to 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128GB of eMMC 5.1 internal storage. It packs a 5,020mAh battery with support for 22.5W fast charging support. Interestingly, the smartphone has reverse charging with 9W charging speed. There is a rear-mounted fingerprint reader and boots MIUI 11 based on Android 10 out of the box.

It will go on sale from July 24 via Amazon India in three colorways – Pebble Gray, Aqua Green, and Arctic White.
