Xiaomi on Wednesday launched the Redmi 9C and Redmi 9A budget smartphones in the global market. The smartphones were first launched in Malaysia and Indonesia and now they are available globally starting at EUR 99.
The Redmi 9A with 2GB RAM + 32GB storage is priced at EUR 99 and the Redmi 9C with 2GB RAM + 32GB storage starts at EUR 119. There is another variant of 9C with 3GB RAM + 64GB storage priced at EUR 139.

Redmi 9A and Redmi 9C Specifications
The global models come with the same internals as the original and Chinese models. The Redmi 9A and 9C sport the same 6.53-inch display with HD+ resolution.
The 9C has a triple camera setup consisting of a 13MP AI primary camera + 2MP macro + 2MP depth lenses. On the other hand, there is a 13MP primary camera on the 9A. Both smartphones feature a 5MP selfie camera.
Inside, there a MediaTek Helio G25 on the 9A and Helio G35 on the 9C. Both the devices equip a massive 5,000mAh battery. The 9C has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner but the 9A users have to simply rely on the face unlock as it misses on a capcitive scanner.
