Redmi 9 has been in the leak spree for a while, just last week we learned some of its specs, yesterday some leaks reaffirmed the internals, and now we finally have a look at the live image of the smartphone. The image showcases the zoomed-out look at the device than the previous zoomed-in camera leak. Let’s take a look.
The leak comes from SlashLeaks that showcases the rear panel. It reveals two color variants – a sort of a Violet and the Teal finish. It also reaffirms the Quad-camera setup on the smartphone.
It is a vertical camera module with three cameras and a fingerprint-scanner lined up together. The fourth lens is lined along with the single-tone LED flash. It affirms that there will be a 13-megapixel primary camera on the Redmi 9. We expect the rest of the lenses to be a wide-sensor, a depth, and a macro lens.
Other than this, it also shows the polycarbonate panel with a patterned design. It is a bit familiar to the Redmi 8’s back panel pattern.
That’s what we know so far, but from the previous leak, we learned that the smartphone is expected to debut with the MediaTek Helio G80 SoC with up to 4GB of RAM. We also learned some more details on the sibling Redmi 9A and Redmi 9C, do check out the below article for more details.
