    RedMagic NX666J Spotted on TENAA with an OLED Panel and 5G Chipset

    After launching a few gaming smartphones, ZTE’s Nubia is back again with a non-gaming device for the masses in the Chinese market. The smartphone has been spotted on TENAA certification and it has the RedMagic branding. The phone carries the model number RedMagic NX666J and its key specs have been revealed.

    The TENAA certifications revealed the design of the phone and it looks to be a regular handset, with nothing over the top. Apart from the looks, the specs seem pretty interesting. The RedMagic NX666J has a 6.67-inch OLED display with a Full-HD+ resolution. Even though the other specs are under the wrap, we can expect a high refresh and touch sampling rate.

    The smartphone boards an unknown octa-core processor at 2.84Ghz. The processor seems to be some mid-range chip as it supports 5G connectivity. It has got up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.

    As far as cameras, the consolidated information on the web suggests a 64MP quad-rear camera setup. It will have a 16MP front camera for selfies. The smartphone will pack a 4,100mAh rated battery capacity and is expected to have some sort of fast charging support.

    The smartphone won’t have a 3.5mm headphone jack and but will feature USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer. The device will run on Android 11 out of the box and will have Nubia’s custom skin on top of it. One of the highlighting feature of the phone will be its in-display fingerprint scanner.

    With these specs outed, the main thing left to learn is the moniker. The NX666J model number is anyways going to be seen in the rumor mill, thus, we don’t have any other option than to wait for its next batch of leaks. Once, we receive any new information, we’ll update you on the same.
