Last time we saw the Realme C12 on TUV Rheinland and several other certification sites hinting for launch sooner than we expect. Now, the smartphone has emerged on the GeekBench site revealing its scores, hardware, and software.
The Realme C12 carries the same model number as seen in the past certifications. It has ‘RMX2189’ model number which was benchmarked on August 7. The smartphone scored 165 points in the single-core department and 972 points in the multi-core department.
The listing confirms the presence of MediaTek MT6765G SoC which is nothing but the budget MediaTek Helio P35 chipset. The octa-core chipset is clocked at a base frequency of 2.30Ghz and the device has 3GB of RAM.
Previously, the smartphone was certified on TKND, TUV, BIS, and some other certifications confirming its massive battery. Just like its sibling Realme C15, the Realme C12 will also pack a 6,000mAh battery. It will have a 10W charging speed via the USB Type-C port. The smartphone will run on Android 10 out of the box and have Realme UI on top of it.
Realme hasn’t spoken a word about the device but the smartphone should go official in the coming months. It will stand between the recently launched Realme C11 and Realme C12 smartphones offering a variety to consumers in the company’s C-series.
