Realme is all set to launch the Realme 7i budget smartphone on September 17 in Indonesia and ahead of the unveiling, the smartphone has made an appearance in the way of hand-on images. The fresh images come a few hours before the launch revealing the design, color variants, and complete specs.
The Realme 7i seems to come in Polar Blue and Aurora Green color variants with both the colors being glossy. The smartphone seems to be made out of polycarbonate plastic at the back and flaunts an L-shaped quad-rear camera setup. The setup seems familiar to that of some Samsung Galaxy A-series devices.
According to the specs sheet and box, the smartphone packs a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with an HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The top and bottom bezel isn’t visible but it could be a punch-hole or a water-drop notch panel.
Its major highlight is the 64-megapixel quad-rear camera setup. There is another 8-megapixel secondary sensor accompanying the main lens, third 2-megapixel lens, and las 2-megapixel unit. The exact sensors aren’t mentioned but the third and the fourth sensor could be a macro and a depth camera. At the front, it has a 16-megapixel selfie camera.
The smartphone will fuel power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 budget SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It houses a 5,000mAh big battery with support for 18W fast charging technology. There is a rear-facing fingerprint scanner and runs on Android 10 out of the box.
