Realme has finally launched the Realme 6i smartphone in India. Earlier, it was said to arrive alongside the Realme C11 that launched last week but it didn’t happen. Now, the new device has arrived in the country as a Realme 6S rebadged version.
The Realme 6i smartphone is priced at ₹12,999 or $174 for the base variant with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage and ₹14,999 or $200 for the 6GB RAM + 128GB internal storage. It comes in Black and White finishes and is said to compete with recently launched Redmi Note 9 smartphone.
As said earlier, it is actually a rebadged Realme 6S that launched earlier in Europe. It has the same internal and externals as the Realme 6S. It has a 6.5-inch IPS LCD panel with FHD+ resolution. It is a hole-punch display with a 90Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
It equips a 48-megapixel triple quad-rear camera setup. It is accompanied by an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel tertiary lens, and a 2-megapixel macro sensor. It has a 16-megapixel single front-facing camera for selfie portrait shots.
It has the MediaTek Helio G90T chipset with up to 6GB of RAM and 128GB of expandable storage. It packs a 4,300mAh battery with 30W Flash Charging support. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and runs on Android 10 out of the box.
