Poco X3 NFC Launch Date and GeekBench Details
The Poco X3 NFC will debut on September 7 globally via an online launch event. The device was earlier teased to come powered by the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G chipset with a unique rear design.
The design of the smartphone was kept for the fans to guess while a Turkey Xiaomi blog revealed its official design. It was also spotted on several certifications but the device was yet to pass the GeekBench benchmarking platform. Now, the Geekbench certification is here and it brings us even closer to the launch.
The Poco X3 NFC has been codenamed as ‘surya’ and it reaffirms the model number – M2007J20CG. It scored 571 single-core points and 1766 multi-core points on the Geekbench 5 and powers the exact same chipset as rumored.
It packs the latest Snapdragon 732G that has 8 cores and is clocked at a base frequency of 1.80Ghz. The variant here is a 6GB RAM config which could be the base variant. It runs on Android 10 and is expected to have MIUI 12 on top of it.
Other than this, the past leaks have confirmed a 6.67-inch 120Hz refresh rate panel. It is yet to be known whether it will be an LCD panel or an AMOLED panel. The touch latency of the screen will be 240Hz and it will be a punch-hole display. It is said to feature a 64MP Sony IMX686 quad-rear camera setup and a single 20MP front-facing camera.
It was spotted with a 5,160mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging technology. As the name suggests it will be an NFC enabled device that will help for quick one-touch payments. It is expected to come with a base 64GB of storage with an option to expand it via the microSD card slot.
