Poco X3 NFC has made several outings in the rumor mill with certifications and leaks from GeekBench, retailer listing, and hands-on video. Now, the smartphone’s official specs have been reaffirmed ahead of its unveiling today.
The Poco X3 NFC smartphone’s protective sleeve shot has been shared by GizmoChina showcasing the tall design. Its main highlights are clearly visible on the sleeve and it features a massive 6.67-inch Dot notch display with Full-HD+ resolution. It is a 120Hz refresh rate panel with a 240Hz touch sampling rate.
It has a 64-megapixel AI Quad camera array at the rear and a 20-megapixel in-display camera. The in-display camera here is not the fancy new technology but rather it is just a punch-hole camera as confirmed by the previous renders.
At the helm, the smartphone is fueled by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 732G octa-core chipset. For those who are unaware, the Snapdragon 732G is a newly launched chip that has 8 cores and the one on the device has up to 2.3Ghz of clock speed. It has a massive 5,160mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
Other than this, the smartphone was spotted online running MIUI 12 out of the box with Android 10. It has up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage with a storage expandability option. The cameras were also detailed and it will have a 64MP Sony IMX 686 + 8MP ultra-wide + 2MP macro + 2MP depth setup at the rear.
The phone will come with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and have the USB Type-C port and the 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom. It will come in two color options – Blue and Grey/Black with a big Poco branding at the back. The device was recently spotted in a retailer listing priced at just $226 which is quite aggressive and somewhat similar to that of the predecessor Poco X2.
