It’s been exactly 11 months since the launch of the Reno5 series from Oppo and now it’s time to witness the successor Oppo Reno6. Ahead of any official announcements, a tipster has revealed some key specs of the entire Reno6 line-up.
Oppo Reno6 Series Specifications
Rumors have it that the Reno6 series will consist of three smartphones, the Reno6, Reno6 Pro, and Reno6 Pro+. These three phones will be targeted for three different markets, budget, mid-range, and flagship.
According to the tipster, the Reno6 and Reno6 Pro will sport a 90Hz refresh rate display, whereas, the Reno6 Pro+ will have the flagship-grade 120Hz panel. The series is expected to have an OLED panel with thin bezels.
The series will also have an upgrade in terms of the cameras. Instead of the IMX6XX sensor, the phones could come with the latest Sony IMX789 main sensor. The tipster also touts the raw hardware of the smartphones.
The Oppo Reno6 is said to fuel the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset, the Reno6 Pro is tipped to power the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset, and the Reno6 Pro+ will be powered by the Snapdragon 888 flagship SoC. There will be a 4.500mAh battery in three of the devices backed by a 65W fast charging technology.
Other than this, the series is expected to come in fancy color options and it may retain the classic Reno design. The smartphone will initially launch in China and it will later debut in other major markets like India and Europe.
