Oppo is expected to refresh the Reno4 lineup by the end of this year by launching the updated Reno5 series. The Oppo Reno5 series will have more than two phones but details for the same were yet to be known. Now, a tipster has shared specs of the phones in the series hinting at a launch sooner than we expect.
This time around, the Oppo Reno5 series is said to consist of three devices. All the phones will pack a punch-hole panel and the top model is touted to feature a high refresh rate screen and have curved edges.
The TENAA and Geekbench listing has revealed three upcoming phones with the following model numbers – PDRM00, PEGM00, and PDSM00. Out of the three one of them will fuel the flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset and the second device will power the mid-range Snapdragon 765G SoC.
The third phone with model number PDSM00 has recently been spotted withdrawing power from the MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ chipset. All of them are tipped to support whopping 65W fast charging technology.
Aside from this, the phones are expected to come with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. Booting Android 11 the three devices will have Oppo’s colorOS on top of it.
