Oppo unveiled the Reno4 series earlier this year and it comprised the vanilla Reno4 and the Reno4 Pro smartphone. The company also tossed an Artist Limited Edition phone later and now, Oppo has announced the cheaper Oppo Reno4 SE 5G in the Chinese market.
The Oppo Reno4 SE 5G starts at CNY 2,499(~$369) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and CNY 2,799(~$413) for the 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant. It has three colorways – Super Flash Black, Super Flash White, and Super Flash Blue. It will go on sale starting September 25 in China.

Oppo Reno4 SE 5G Specifications and Highlights
The Reno4 SE 5G flaunts a 6.43-inch AMOLED display with a Full-HD+ resolution. It is a punch-hole panel with a 90hz screen refresh rate. The phone has super thin rims at the top and the company claims it to have a 91.97 % screen-to-body ratio. It has a 100% sRGB color gamut and the screen doubles up as an in-display fingerprint scanner.
It features a triple rear camera setup housed in a square-shaped module. The setup is led by a 48-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro lens with an aperture of f/2.4. There is a 32-megapixel front camera for taking selfies and for video chats.

At the helm, it is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 720 chipset paired with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage. Sadly, it does not have an expansion slot for additional storage. It packs a 4,300mAh battery with whopping 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 Flash Charge fast charging support. The phone retains the 3.5mm headphone jack and runs on Android 10 based ColorOS 7.2 UI.
