Oppo F19 launched in India as rebranded Oppo A74 4G

    Oppo on Monday launched the Oppo F19 smartphone in the Indian market. The smartphone’s major highlights are a 6.43-inch AMOLED panel, triple rear cameras, and 33W fast charging support. For those who are unaware, its highlights resemble the recently launched Oppo A74 4G smartphone which is primarily because it’s a rebranded model of the same.

    The Oppo F19 is priced at ₹18,990(roughly $259) for the sole 6GB +128GB option. It comes in two color options – Prism Black and Midnight Blue. Interestingly, those who buy the device as an introductory product will get a special offer on Oppo earbuds. Buyers will get Oppo Enco W11 and W21 for ₹1,299 and ₹2,499.

    Oppo F19 Smartphone Specifications

    The smartphone sports a 6.43-inch punch-hole display with a Full-HD+ panel. It has support for DCI-P3 color gamut and a 60Hz refresh rate. It also comes with a game mode that allows the touch sampling rate to adjust between 135 to 180Hz. The display also doubles up as an in-display fingerprint scanner for extra security.

    Flaunting a vertical triple rear camera module, the smartphone has a 48MP main sensor, another 2MP depth lens, and lastly a 2MP macro unit. At the front, it has a 16MP selfie camera for capturing selfie portraits.

    It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. It packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. It runs on Android 11 out of the box with Oppo’s ColorOS 11 on top of it.
