Oppo F17 Starts at INR 17,990($245) In India

    Oppo announced the F17 and F17 Pro smartphones on September 2 in the Indian market but only limited details were learned through the press release. Now, the company has revealed the pricing and availability of the vanilla Oppo F17 smartphone for the region. With this, we expect more details on the F17 Pro soon.

    The Oppo F17 is priced at INR 17,990(~$245) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant and INR 19,990(~$272) for the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. The smartphone has three alluring colors – Dynamic Orange, Navy Blue, and Classic Silver. It will go on sale starting September 21 in the country.

    The smartphone features a 6.4-inch single-punch hole display with a Full-HD+ resolution. It is an AMOLED panel that carries the 16-megapixel selfie camera. There are four rear cameras at the rear, the 16-megapixel primary, 8-megapixel ultra-wide, and two 2-megapixel sensors.

    Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It packs a 4,000mAh battery with support for 30 fast charging that is said to juice up the battery instantly. It runs on Android 10 out of the box with ColorOS on top of it.
