Oppo has officially refreshed the F-lineup with the launch of Oppo F17 and Oppo F17 Pro smartphone in India. The smartphones come with AMOLED displays, Quad-rear cameras, and 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0.
The Oppo F17 comes with a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution. It is a water-drop notch panel with thin bezels. The Oppo F17 Pro sports a 6.43-inch Super AMOLED display with an FHD+ display and a 20:9 aspect ratio. Both the phones have a standard 60Hz refresh rate display.
The duo boasts a quad-rear cameras with 48MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP setup on the Pro and 16MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP setup on the vanilla model. There is a 16MP selfie camera F17 and 16MP + 2MP front setup on the F17 Pro.
Under the hood, the Oppo F17 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 whereas the Pro model has MediaTek Dimensity P95 SoC. Both the smartphones pack a 4,000mAh battery with 30W VOOC Flash Charge 4.0 technology that is said to juice up the device up to 100% instantly. The devices run on Android 10 and have Oppo’s ColorOS on top of it.
The Oppo F17 smartphone’s price is still unknown but the Pro model costs ₹23,000(~$314). The smartphones will go on sale starting September 7 in the country.
