Just yesterday we covered a story of a Snapdragon 480 powered Vivo device which is said to be the world’s first phone with that particular chipset. Today, we have the Oppo A93 5G in the headlines flaunting the same chipset with a premium design. Earlier the device emerged on Geekbench confirming only the chipset but now, we have the phone’s entire specs sheet.
Oppo A93 5G Full Specifications(Leaked)
The Oppo A93 5G has been seen listed on China Telecom with model number PEHT00. Interestingly, the phone has curved edges and a punch-hole screen. It is a Full-HD+ panel with an exact resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels.

It has an 8-megapixel front camera at the top left for selfie shots and the rear lies the vertical camera module. It holds three cameras with a 48-megapixel primary lens, a 2-megapixel secondary unit, and a last 2-megapixel sensor. Internally, it powers the newly announced Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage.
The handset packs a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging technology. It runs on Android 11 out of the box and is expected to boot FunTouch UI on top of it. It has a 3.5mm headphone jack at the bottom and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer. The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for security.
Pricing, Colors, and Launch Date
In terms of the pricing, the China Telecom website has listed the 5G handset for CNY 2,199($340) for the sole 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage configuration. It has three color options namely Elegant Silver, Aurora, and Dazzling Black.
Vivo is yet to reveal it’s launch date but sources suggest it to go official on January 15 in the Chinese market.
