Oppo has quietly launched a new budget smartphone in Tunisia dubbed Oppo A73. It is a budget smartphone and a rebranded version of the Oppo F17 that launched in India earlier. Its major highlights are a large AMOLED panel, quad-rear cameras, and Snapdragon 662 SoC.
The pricing and availability details are not confirmed, therefore, let’s jump to the specs. The Oppo A73 offers a 6.44-inch AMOLED display with a 60Hz refresh rate and 1080p resolution. It is a water-drop notch panel with Gorilla Glass 3 protection and a 90.7% screen-to-body ratio.

It is equipped with a 16MP + 8MP + 2MP + 2MP quad-rear camera setup. There is a single 16MP Sony IMX471 front-facing camera for selfies. The phone can shoot wide-angle shots with a 119-degree field of view.
Under the hood, the phone comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset with 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.0 internal storage. There is a microSD card slot for storage expansion. It packs a 4,015mAh battery with 30W VOOC 4.0 Flash charging support. The phone runs on Android 10 OS and has ColorOS 7.2 on top of it. It can be purchased in two colors – Classic Silver and Navy Blue.
