Oppo A35 Debuts in China with Triple Cameras and Helio P35 SoC

    Oppo has quietly taken wraps of its new budget smartphone in China. The al-new Oppo A35 comes with Helio P35 and has triple rear cameras. It is a rebranded version of the Oppo A15s that launched last year in the Indian market. The propelling of the A35 seems to be just a gap-filling in the offline Chinese market.

    As the device has been tossed out of the blue, there are no details regarding its pricing and availability. In terms of colors, the smartphone has three finishes – Glass Black, Ice Jade White, and Mist Sea Blue.

    Oppo A35 Smartphone Specifications

    Moving straight to the specs, the Oppo A35 comes with a plastic unibody design featuring a 6.52-inch display. It is a water-drop notch panel with a modern 20:9 aspect ratio. The IPS LCD panel has a lower HD+ resolution with an exact 720 x 1600 pixels. It has 480 nits of peak brightness and 269ppi pixel density.

    The smartphone sports a single 8-megapixel camera at the front placed to take selfie shots. At the back lies the square camera module holding three lenses and a LED flash unit. The lenses are as follows – a 13-megapixel main sensor, another 2-megapixel macro lens, and lastly a 2-megapixel depth-sensing lens. The rear camera can record 1080p videos and also has the ability to record slow-motion videos.

    Under the roof, it is powered by the MediaTek Helio P35 chipset paired with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. In case, the 128GB storage is not enough for you, Oppo has provided a microSD card slot for additional storage. It comes packed with a 4,230mAh battery with 10W fast charging technology. It also has a 3.5mm headphone jack and a USB Type-C port.

    As for security, the smartphone has a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and also has facial unlock support. The smartphone is limited to 4G connectivity and has Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 support. The handset boots on Android 11 out of the box with ColorOS on top of it.
