OnePlus Buds teaser promises “30 hours of burdenless audio experience”

The OnePlus Buds are set to launch alongside the upcoming OnePlus Nord, and the company’s been actively teasing the TWS earbuds. The latest teaser involves the device’s battery life and build.

According to OnePlus, the new earbudswill feature “30 hours of burdenless audio experience”, which is a little misleading, but still fairly impressive.

The forum post for the teaser goes into a bit more detail. The OnePlus Buds will feature 7 hours of battery life, of which the case will provide an extra 21 hours. This effectively brings it close to the 30 hour mark.

The burdenless part of the teaser refers to the weight of the earbuds, which comes in at a surprisingly light 4.6g per earbud. The case on the other hand weighs 36 grams, which is not heavy by any means.

OnePlus also teases a low latency gaming mode for the earbuds when paired with a OnePlus smartphone. Not surprising considering the feature’s already available on other OnePlus earphones, but good to know.
