Nubia Red Magic 5S Specifications and Highlights
The Red Magic 5S gaming phone’s major highlight has to be its 144Hz refresh rate panel. It is a 6.65-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution and modern aspect ratio. Do note that smartphone also has 240Hz fast touch sampling rate that will ensure faster registration of touch.
It comes powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC which is the same as the Red Magic 5G that launched earlier this year. Even though the chipset is the same the device comes with more RAM with up to 16gigs LPDDR5 RAM and 256GV UFS 3.1 internal memory that has MagicWrite technology. It has a 4,500mAh battery with 55W fast charging support which Nubia also calls NeoCharge.
The smartphone comes with a heat sink, liquid cooling tubes, and multilayer heat dissipation pipes. It features Dual-IC shoulder buttons that have a touch response rate of 320Hz. The camera is not one of its highlights but the smartphone does equip a 64MP + 8MP + 2MP triple rear camera setup and a single camera at the front. It runs on Red Magic OS based on Android 10.
