Nokia is expected to launch a couple of budget smartphones in some markets. Just yesterday we saw the Nokia TA-1277 budget smartphone on the FCC certifications and today we have our eyes on the Nokia 2.4 entry-level device.
The Nokia 2.4 passed the GeekBench certification earlier this month and we missed the details. The smartphone has been listed with Wolverine board and runs on the latest Android 10.
According to the listing, the smartphone will power the MediaTek MT6762V/WB chipset which is nothing but the MediaTek Helio P22 SoC. Those who don’t know it is an entry-level SoC with a base 2.00Ghz frequency. This is boosted by the 2GB RAM and we expect the storage to be either 16GB or 32GB.
Other than this, the device scored pretty basic figures. It has 136 single-core scores and 497 muti-core scores on the GeekBench 5. As of now, there are no details on when it will actually arrive, the only option is to wait for Nokia to announce the smartphone.
