The Moto G8 Play successor seems to be on the verge of unveiling as a new Geekbench listing reveals the upcoming Moto G9 Play device that has some upgraded specs. Let’s take a look.
The upcoming G9 Play has emerged the listing running the latest Android 10. It has ‘guamp’ board which is unknown as of now. There is Qualcomm Snapdragon octa-core SoC clocked at a base frequency of 1.80Ghz.
It is a 4GB RAM variant which we expect will be the max variant. It scored 313 single-core points and 1370 multi-core points on the GeekBench 5. The Moto G9 Play seems to be a solid upgrade to the Moto G8 Play as it houses a Snapdragon chipset instead of MediaTek and has a 4GB RAM variant which is an upgrade from the 2GB variant of the predecessor.
