Xiaomi has officially launched its Mi 10 Lite 5G smartphone at an event in Japan. The device was initially unveiled in the European market and now it has arrived in the Japanese market making it Xiaomi’s first 5G smartphone in the country.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 Lite 5G is priced at JPY 42,740(~$403) for the sole 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. It comes in Cosmic Gray and Dream White color variants and will go on sale from September 4 in the country.
The smartphone sports a 6.6-inch AMOLED display with a Full-HD+(2400×1080 pixels) resolution. It is a water-drop notch display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 98% screen-to-body ratio. It has a quad-rear camera setup consisting of a 48MP primary lens, another 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2MP depth camera, and the last 2MP macro sensor. There is a 16MP front camera that can shoot selfies and record 1080p videos at 30fps.
It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G chipset with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. It packs a 4160mAh battery with 20W fast charging technology. It runs on Android 10 and has Xiaomi’s MIUI on top of it.
