LG has officially launched its new mid-range smartphone, the LG Q92 5G in South Korea. The LG Q92 comes with Snapdragon 765G SoC and has full-fledged 5G support. It is said to be an affordable version of the LG Velvet that offers mid-range specs at a premium price.

The LG Q92 5G sports a 6.67-inch punch-hole display with an FHD+ resolution. It is an LCD panel with thin bezels and the device has a large form factor. The smartphone comes with MIL-STD 810G certification which makes it durable and on top of the IP68 rating is also present to survive from water splashes.
Under the hood, the smartphone has Qualcomm’s popular Snapdragon 765G mid-range chipset which is an octa-core chip with 5G compatibility. It is paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage. The smartphone houses a 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging support.
As far as the camera is concerned, it rocks a quad-rear camera setup that consisting of a 48-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera, a 5-megapixel depth-sensing lens, and a 2-megapixel macro unit. It has a single camera at the front that comes with a few modes. It boots on Android 10 and has LG’s UX 9 UI on top of it.
The LG Q92 5G is priced at KRW 499,000(~$420) for the sole 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage variant. It comes in White, Grey, and Red Ceramic finishes and will go on sale starting August 26 in the country.
