Since IQOO’s debut, it has been manufacturing flagship smartphones but now it seems that the upcoming iQOO Z1x 5G will break the streak and be the first mid-range smartphone from iQOO. Specs were leaked several times but today, the company itself has confirmed the chipset of the smartphone, and some renders have also been surfaced online.
iQOO on Weibo shared the official poster of the Z1x 5G smartphone that will debut on July 9. The poster confirms the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC under the roof and also reaffirms the 5G capability and the launch date.
Additionally, some renders of the smartphone were surfaced online that reveal the multiple color variants and confirm the triple rear cameras and hole-punch display. It will be coming in three colorways – Blue, Black, and White.
Other than this, the smartphone appeared on Geekbench, 3C, and some other certifications that confirmed the 120Hz refresh rate panel, and 48-megapixel triple camera array. It will be accompanied by two 2-megapixel lenses probably for macro shots and depth sensing.
There will be a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support and side-mounted fingerprint scanner. It will be a 5G handset with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
