Rumors have it that the Chinese smartphone giant iQOO, the sub-brand of Vivo will be launching a new mid-range smartphone dubbed iQOO Neo5 in March. While we know a handful of details about the device we haven’t seen it in any live image. Now, a live click of the device has surfaced confirming its design and key specifications.
The Vivo iQOO Neo5 has a water-drop notch display with standard bezels. Its about page can be seen in the image affirming it to run on the Origin OS on top of Android 11 out of the box. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset paired with 8GB of actual RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

The about page mentions 8.00 + 3.00GB of RAM which is the upcoming fusion technology developed by Vivo where the RAM is used as storage when needed for freeing up space.
Aside from this, the device was also seen in previous leaks housing a 4,400mAh battery with support for 88W wired fast charging and 66W wireless fast charging. The smartphone is also expected to get multiple cameras and have a high 120Hz refresh rate display.
It is said that the smartphone will start at CNY 2,999(roughly $465) and will be initially limited to the Chinese market.
