iQOO 5 series comprising the vanilla iQOO 5 and iQOO 5 Pro are headed to launch on August 17 in the Chinese market. Some of the leaks and rumors suggested the specs of both the models and just yesterday the vanilla model’s live images surfaced online. Today, we have live images of the pro model.
The leaked images come from the Chinese microblogging site Weibo that reveals the complete design of the flagship smartphone. It reveals the punch-hole display of the device with thin rims and curved edges. It also shows the rear panel flaunting the triple rear camera setup. on of them, is touted to be a periscope lens.
Moreover, the retail box of the device also appears in the pictures and it has the iQOO and the ‘5’ branding at the front.
Some of its specifications were tipped and spotted online that suggested the device to fuel the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and a base 128GB of internal storage. It will houses a 4,000mAh battery with whopping 120W fast charging technology. It is also expected to come with a large 120Hz refresh rate panel that will double as an underneath-display scanner.
