    Huawei MateBook X 2020 With 3K Display and Premium Design Unveiled In China

    Huawei has launched its premium MateBook X 2020 laptop at an event in China. The all-new Huawei MateBook X 2020 refreshes the old MateBook X that launched back in 2017. The new model comes with Intel’s 10 generation processor, Free Touch Keyboard, and a 3K display.

    The Huawei MateBook X 2020 comes with a premium design featuring a compact 13-inch LTPS LCD display. It is a high resolution panel with an exact resolution of 3000 x 2000 pixels. The 3K screen is a touch-screen panel that sports 400 nits of brightness and up to 90 percent screen-to-body ratio.

    It comes powered by the Intel 10th generation processors, there are three models. The Core i5-1021U with 8GB of RAM, Core i5-1021U with 16GB of RAM, and powerful Core i7-1051U with 16GB of RAM. All the configuations comes with 512GB of NVMe SSD. It is a NoteBook, and therefore, the laptop has to use the integraded GPUs from the Intel chipset.

    There is a compact-sized keyboard with Free Touch keyboard. It is nothing but the regular large-sized keyboard with vibration feedbacks. The keyboard is backlight with only a single White-LED light. It has a pop-up camera for Zoom and Skype calls and also features dual-microphones. There is a 42Wr battery with 65W fast charging technology.

    The Huawei MateBook X 2020 starts at CNY 7,999(~$1,156) for the Intel i5 + 8GB of RAM, CNY 8,999(~$1,300) for the Intel i5 + 16GB of RAM, and CNY 9,999(~$1,445) for the Intel i7 + 16GB of RAM. It will go on sale starting August 24 and the pre-orders will begin from August 19.
