Huawei MateBook 14 Ryzen Edition delayed due to lack of AMD CPUs

According to a report from Weibo digital blogger @看山的叔叔, the release of the Ryzen version of the Huawei MateBook 14 was postponed due to a lack of stock for AMD’s popular Ryzen processors.

EDITOR’S PICK: Huawei MateBook D 14/15 Ryzen Edition Launched!

Huawei released MateBook D14 and D15 two notebook products last month, equipped with AMD R5 4500U and R7 4700U processors, and will go on sale on August 6. At present, the high-end MateBook 13/14 has not yet been released in a Ryzen version.

The shortage of processors such as R7 4800H seems to be more serious, and may companies have been facing stock problems. Lenovo’s Ryzen game book R7000P is another popular laptop that’s been hard to find due to stock issues.
