HTC Desire 20 Pro has again popped on the Google Play console that showcases some more details on the device. The listing sheds some light on the internals of the Android smartphone.
The HTC Desire 20 Pro was touted to be a mid-range offering from HTC and the specs listed on the Play Console affirms it. The Desire 20 Pro is said to sport a large full-HD+ display with a 400 DPI.
It will be the first device from HTC to run on Android 10. For those who don’t know, HTC has been quite unhurried about its smartphone launches. Its last device came with an Android 9 and was a budget handset. Now, the company seems to hold the market with more budget and midrange devices.
With that said, the hardware of the smartphone is also of the lower end. The listing shows the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 budget SoC on the smartphone. The Snapdragon 665 is a quite capable SoC and is paired in lower-end devices. It has 4x Kryo 260 at 2016 Mhz and 4x Kryo 260 at 1804 Mhz. It is listed with 6GB of RAM and Adreno 610 GPU.
Other than this, the previous leaks suggested that the device will feature an LCD panel. The LCD panel was something we were sure about considering the budget hardware of the smartphone. It is also expected to feature a capacitive fingerprint scanner at the rear and software-based Face unlock for security.
